Why not every state (yet)
New York and Pennsylvania — next by construction workforce size — turn out not to have a single statewide electrician exam to verify: licensing in both states is set at the county/city level (in New York, for example, NYC's Department of Buildings runs its own Master/Special Electrician program, and dozens of other municipalities run their own). Building an accurate page for those means verifying each relevant local authority individually, which we haven't done yet rather than publish something half-checked.
